Ahamove Truck is a digital service that allows users to book trucks for freight delivery. While the service has gained traction among small businesses and logistics operators, the current app suffers from usability issues, outdated UI, and lacks features that cater to modern delivery needs.
As a Product Designer, I led the redesign of a truck delivery booking app to improve usability, modernize the interface, and enhance the overall user experience. The goal was to simplify the booking flow, introduce key features like real-time tracking and saved routes, and create a scalable solution for both individual and business users.
Through user research, UX audits, and iterative prototyping, I revamped core user flows, and delivered interactive prototypes for testing (read this blog). Working closely with developers and stakeholders, we ensured a smooth handoff and implementation.
