Smart payment solutions for Bach Mai Hospital Canteen

Introduction

Golden Gate Group has just brought a chain of amenities including canteens, coffee shops, and new supermarkets to Bach Mai Hospital. The canteen has a diverse menu, with a capacity to serve up to 3,600 customers per day.

To increase food service speed and reduce ordering time at the canteen, VNG Digital Business collaborates with Golden Gate Group to develop a smart ordering solution based on Zalo's miniapp development technology.

As a product designer, I successfully design the food ordering solution and menu management to align with their goals and objectives while providing an enjoyable and informative experience for users.
